Welcome to Elevate Mentoring ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

Services

We provide mentoring, coaching, and resources to aspiring and existing Reformer Pilates studio owners.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

 

Booking and Payments

  • Bookings for mentoring services are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

  • Payment terms and pricing are outlined at the time of booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if payment has not been made.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice before the session time to reschedule without penalty.

  • No refunds are provided once sessions have been scheduled and paid for.

  • Unused sessions expire after 3 months from the purchase date.

  • Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services if necessary, providing as much notice as possible.

 

Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information.

  • Act respectfully and professionally during mentoring sessions.

  • Understand that results may vary based on your own effort and circumstances.

 

Intellectual Property

All content provided during mentoring — including templates, frameworks, guides, and materials — remains our intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without our prior written consent.

 

Disclaimer

Our mentoring services are based on experience, knowledge, and best practices. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results.
All decisions and actions taken by you remain your sole responsibility.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

The Client acknowledges that the Coach provides advice based on experience and industry knowledge but is not legally responsible for any business decisions made by the Client. The Client agrees to hold the Coach harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from coaching sessions.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom.

 

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
